<\/figure>\n\n\n\nWhen you arrive at Langland Bay Road, you will get private access to the property. The entrance to the estate is only possible via key or code. You will receive a temporary access code when booking our apartment to be able to access the property and to get through the gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The driveway will bring you past the garbage disposal on your right, the vistors car parkings on both sides under the trees and to our own dedicated Car park space number 24 just before the manor on your right next to the lamppost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The entrance to the manor is impressive. When walking up the steps you will enter the first open hall where also the postboxes are located. Entering the manor will give you access to the hallway: A large hall with classic stairs will take you to the first floor where our apartment is located. The elevator is right next to our apartment for your convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hallway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nWhen entering the apartment, you will find our narrow little hallway, the pathway to all the wonderful rooms we have. At first it will seem a bit like a maze, but within a couple minutes you will find your way. At the entrance there is a key box on the wall and a coat rack with umbrellas for you to use and a side table for your trinkets. Please mind dirty shoes and leave them in the hall, as you will find everything is carpeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On your left you will find the 2 receptions, and on your right the hallway will take you past the boiler room (on your left) to the kitchen (on your right), first bathroom (on the left). Continuing the hallway will lead you to the bed- and bathrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reception 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThis is the main reception. It\u2019s fun to hang out here, read, play board or card games, chat, watch tv. Or enjoy the amazing view of the garden, the beach and Gower. A tip: If you open the window you will hear the sea, the beach and the birds, an instant mood lifter. There is plenty of space for everyone with a big couch and an extra chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reception 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Around the family dining table, next to having meals together, we like to spend our time creating, playing, chatting, relaxing\u2026 Sometimes the party of people would be split between the two receptions, giving each other enough space but an easily crossable hallway to come back together again. Here is also the amazing view and sounds from the beach and garden\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here is the sofa-bed for 2 additional guests if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kitchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nFrom the hallway to the right you will find the spacious kitchen, where we like to prepare nice meals to enjoy with each other. A full equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, freezer\/fridge, dishwasher, 3-in-1 washer\/dryer, mixer and plenty of storage cabinets is here for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boiler Room<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Going down the hallway to the left you will find the boiler room\/small storage room. This is not a very accommodating room to play games or chat since it is very small. Beware that with a boiler not everyone can take showers at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bedroom 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOn the hill side of the manor, this cute bedroom with 2 single beds has a built-in cabinet and an en suite bathroom with shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bedroom 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAround the corner from the kitchen is a smaller bedroom with an expandable 2-bed with a view over the rooftops. A small cozy place mainly for sleeping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Across from the Kitchen is the first bathroom (for the second bedroom but also for common use). Here is the only bath in the apartment, so bring your bath bombs and soaps for a relaxing moment. The other bathrooms are en suite to the other bedrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Masterbedroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOn the hill\/wall side of the manor across from the other bedroom is the master bedroom. A very spacious bedroom with a desk, built in cabinets for clothing and storage and an en suite bathroom with shower and a rooftop view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
